When Ethan Loree took over this space at just 22 years old, he had one mission: build Colorado Springs' most beloved sushi bar from the ground up. What started as a leap of faith with a generous landlord became the city's most talked-about dining destination.

Quite possibly the best sushi I have ever had.
Seriously the best sushi I've ever had, it was so fresh with high quality ingredients. It's better than sushi I've had from the Bay Area!
This is hands down the best sushi in the Springs! They fly the fish in almost daily and it definitely shows… The space has an indoor-outdoor living vibe that is super cool.
I moved down to Fountain, Colorado and I still drive 30 minutes for THIS sushi place. It is called the Sushi Spot for a reason.
I've had sushi from all over the country and I will say, this is hands down my favorite sushi place! The fish was so fresh it melts in your mouth! And the dessert wontons were to die for!
Very few places will do the Upside Down Shrimp correctly, but this is one of maybe 2 or 3 sushi places in the United States that I can honestly say gets it right.
It turned out to be better than our local place in TX… absolutely the best dessert we have ever had at a sushi restaurant anywhere!
My husband is not even vegan and he said this is the best sushi he's ever had! The veggie gyoza were so good.
